Product Designs and measurements
Our designs are printed directly onto fabric, incorporating light reflections and flares as part of the print. The costume itself is not padded, textured, or embossed. Alignment between different fabric sections may not be matched, and body designs such as eyes, nipples, and belly buttons may not align with the wearer’s body. Additionally, the actual product may differ from model/sample photos, 3D model mock-ups, and monitor displays.
As we continuously improve our products, we may make adjustments without prior notice. Factors such as fabric texture, fit, and body proportions can influence the final appearance of the costume. Please note that measurements are taken by hand and may not be exact. If you have any concerns or need clarification, please reach out to us. We are committed to addressing your questions and ensuring your complete satisfaction.
Local Tax and fees
All prices and values associated with both our items and free giveaways exclude any applicable taxes, such as VAT or GST. CatMeowDesign.com does not collect or remit these taxes. Our delivery agents typically take necessary steps to minimize inconvenience for our customers. Despite our best efforts, we cannot fully guarantee seamless delivery. There are occasions when customers may be required to pay additional fees, such as taxes, duties, import tariffs, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, and handling fees, before receiving their items. These fees are determined by local laws and courier policies, and they vary by country, making them beyond our control. Customers are solely responsible for any additional payments and compliance related to their purchases according to their local laws and courier policies.
Tracking and Delivery
CatMeowDesign.com will provide a tracking number only after production completion. In the event of delivery problems, such as customs issues, failed delivery attempts, or outstanding tax or fee payments, please note that once the package is handed over to the courier, CatMeowDesign.com typically does not have direct control over the delivery process, similar to many other online merchants. Local couriers generally contact recipients via SMS, calls, delivery notes, email, and tracking websites.

Return, Refund, Cancellation, and Exchange Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products and workflow, refunds, returns, exchanges, changes and cancellations are not allowed once payment is made. However, customer satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to promptly address any issues that may arise, including defective or inaccurately described items.
We will provide a fair settlement for any issues originating from CatMeowDesign.com. However, if the issue is attributable to the customer, we regret that we cannot offer a refund.
Refunds for approved cases will be processed within 30 days to PayPal, as store credit, or to the original payment. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests based on our assessment, and our decision on refunds is final. Shipping costs, taxes, and convenience fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from refunds.
