Product Designs and Measurements

How are the designs applied to the costumes?
Our designs are printed directly onto the fabric, including details like light reflections and flares as part of the print. The costumes themselves are not padded, textured, or embossed.

Will the design elements align perfectly with my body?
While we strive for accuracy, slight misalignments can occur due to unique body shapes and manual measurements. We appreciate your understanding!

Why does my costume look different from the photos?
Some variation between your suit and model photos, 3D renderings, or what you see on screen is normal. Factors like fabric texture, fit, body proportions, and display settings can impact the final appearance.

Are the measurements exact?
Our measurements are taken by hand, so there may be small variations. Rest assured, we work hard to ensure the best fit for you!

What custom options do you offer?
We offer a variety of customizations, including options like a penis sheath, separate toes, and additional zippers. For a full list, please check our order form. If you have a special request that isn’t listed, let us know— we’ll do our best to bring your vision to life!

Shipping

How can I track my order?
Once your order is ready to ship, we’ll provide a tracking number so you can monitor its progress. While we hand off your package to a trusted courier, please be aware that CatMeowDesign.com does not control the delivery process after shipping. Be sure to keep an eye on tracking updates and respond to any courier notifications for the smoothest delivery. 

Will I have to pay additional taxes or fees for my order?
Yes, our listed prices do not include local taxes like VAT or GST. Depending on your country, there may also be additional fees for import duties or customs. These charges are based on your local regulations and are not within our control, so please plan for them. To avoid scams, only pay fees to legitimate couriers and verify tracking numbers before making any payments.

What should I do if there are delivery issues?

If your package faces delivery issues like customs delays, missed delivery attempts, or outstanding fees, it’s best to contact the courier directly. Couriers usually provide their contact information on the tracking website or send it via SMS. You should find details like customer service numbers or chat support on the tracking page. If you’re unable to locate contact information, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Once a package is with the courier, CatMeowDesign.com cannot take direct control over delivery. Please stay responsive to any courier communications, as failure to do so could result in the package being returned, lost, or disposed of, for which we cannot be held responsible.

Payments

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, AMEX, and Discover. Please note that full payment is required before we can begin production on your custom order.

Are taxes included in the product prices?
No, the prices listed on CatMeowDesign.com do not include local taxes, such as VAT or GST. Any applicable taxes or fees will be the customer’s responsibility upon delivery, in accordance with local regulations.

Can I change or cancel my order after making a payment?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to change or cancel orders once payment has been made. We encourage you to review your order details carefully before completing your purchase to ensure accuracy.

Returns

Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted after payment. However, if you receive a defective or inaccurately described item, contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue fairly.

What is the process for refunds if my issue is approved?
For approved cases, refunds are processed within 30 days and can be issued as PayPal refunds, store credit, or to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs, taxes, and convenience fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund.

How do I handle issues with defective products?
If your product is defective or does not match its description, reach out to our customer support team. We will work with you to find a fair resolution. However, if the issue is due to incorrect details provided by the customer (e.g., wrong sizing or address), we cannot provide a refund or replacement.

Custom Design

What custom options do you offer?

We accept simple custom design requests, depending on our workload and the complexity of the project. Examples of simple designs include:

  • Swapping a mask, glove, or body part with another existing design.
  • Adding a small logo or artwork.
  • Changing the facial expression on the mask.

Reach out to us to discuss your idea and receive a quotation. Once you agree to the quote, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront before we begin designing your custom suit. The remaining 50% is due upon final design approval, just before the product is sent to the factory for production.

We allow up to 3 revisions to the 3D mock-up design. Any further changes may incur an additional fee. The 3D mock-up images allow you to review how the design will look before we proceed with production.
